Grano Pipe Industries supplies GP20 Blue and GP50 Black HDPE granules for pipe manufacturing. These materials are supplied as granules, also commonly called HDPE dana, ready for processors to evaluate against their extrusion and finished-product requirements.
In pipe extrusion, HDPE granules are fed into processing equipment, melted and formed through a die before cooling and sizing. Material flow, density and mechanical properties are among the factors considered when selecting a compound for production.
GP20 and GP50 have separate technical data sheets. Compare the listed melt flow index, tensile strength and other typical values with your processing needs. Include your intended pipe dimensions and application when contacting our team.
HDPE pipe materials are used across drainage, irrigation, ducting and industrial piping, depending on the resin grade and finished-pipe specification. Tell us which application you are considering so that material suitability can be discussed. Selection depends on the appropriate material grade, processing conditions and finished-pipe requirements.
Both grades are supplied in 25 kg net moisture-proof bags. Keep the material in its original packaging in a shaded area, away from sunlight and moisture, at an ambient temperature not exceeding 50°C. Follow the storage guidance in the relevant technical data sheet.
